| Administrators Present: Adolfo, Javier, Martina, Craig. Administrators Absent: Ysa, Peter, Lim, Don-Nadie. Others Present: Anna-Sophie(Feuerwolf) and cBishop. Due to absences, the business items below have not been decided. Decisions will be appended once votes from absent Administrators are added.
1) Availability of Administrators: (See availability posts made by some Administrators) General availabilities for Administration Meetings were stated in prior posts or in this mtg. as follows: (times stated are server times=st) Adolfo-Sat. and Sun.-most times Javier-Sat. and Sun.-most times Martina-Sat. and Sun.-most times, (Sometimes not available Sat.) Ysa- often not available Sat. & Sun. No other times offered. Peter-Mon-Thur: 21:00-22:30(23:00), Fri: 22:00-, Sat/Sun-unclear Lim-unavailable until after Thur. (5/27). No other days/times offered thus far. Don-Nadie-No availabilities stated Craig-Mon-Fri: 00:00-04:00, 21:00-24:00 Sat: 00:00-04:00, 11:00-15:00 Sun: 21:00-24:00 Appends: Martina-weekends are not good for next two months. Available Weekdays except Thursday-21:00- Ysa-Mon-Fri-anytime Peter-as stated above Lim-Saturday-sometimes 14:00st ok, Mon-14:00, Wed-nights, other weekdays-unclear Don-Nadie-no change
2)Team Lineup Submittal-how to make invisible to other teams until Sat-18:00st publish/posting: Two suggestions were made: a) Ask Don-Nadie if he would act as fair 'go-between'. Idea would be for captain/vc to send team lineup via email to Don-Nadie anytime before Sat-18:00st deadline. Once Don-Nadie has recieved all team lineups (or Sat-18:00st arrives), Don-Nadie would then send these lineups either directly to CC-Lineups Room or to an administrator (Javier/Adolfo) to post them in CC-Lineups Rm. b) Captains/VC post lineup within Private Team Rm anytime before Sat-18:00st deadline. All Admins are assumed not to look into other private team rooms except for their own team. One Admin (I suggest Javier)-is only Admin who at Sat-18:00st goes to each Private Team Rm to collect & transfer lineup post to CC Tourn. Lineup Rm. Adolfo, Javier, Martina, and Craig vote to ask Don-Nadie whether he'd be agreeable to Plan A above. Depending on Don-Nadie's response & absent Admin votes, this Item will be decided in next Admin meeting. Appends: Don-Nadie responds he cannot take added duty of a) proposal-so this is 'dead' Ysa-accepts Plan a) & b) Lim-would have accepted plan a). He & Peter mention again hope that hidden lineup could be effected-which all had agreed, but doesn't seem possible at present-because no programmer? No action has been decided.
3)Add Guestbook to site (suggested by Anna-Spohie(Feuerwolf)): Yes=Add guestbook, to be located between Chatbox & Humour section of site. Yes-4-Adolfo, Javier, Martina, Craig. Appends: Peter, Khai, and Ysa add Yes. Yes=7 & is accepted.
4)Abusive Players: Case of Chessir-banned from Playchess chat: Questions posed: a) Should we ban Chessir from CiberzonaChess Chat? b) Should we issue Yellow Card? c) If ban from CiberzonaChat is issued, how long would ban be? Appends: Lim-suggests issuance of Yellow Card to Chessir (but I believe he may have believed abusive behavior occurred in Ciberzona rather than Playchess-need to ask him) Peter-agrees to whatever SysOp suggests Ysa-unclear No actions have been decided
5)Future Abusive Players: What actions should be taken? Appends: Lim-Issuance of Yellow card Peter-agrees to whatever SysOp suggests Ysa-Ban abusive members within Ciberzona from Ciberzona. (Duration?) No actions have been decided.
Items #4, #5, and other Items within Craig's Future Tasks & Rule Suggestions-Pg 2 (May 20-15:00st) were not acted on due to need of some Administrators to leave.
6)Date/Time of next Administration Mtg: Yes=Sunday-14:00st Yes=4-Adolfo, Javier, Martina, Craig. Appends: Martina-Weekends not good, so I (Craig) assume Sunday-14:00st not good. Lim-Sunday not good Peter-Weekends (Sunday) not good Ysa-Weekends (Sunday) not good Will have to go with Sunday-14:00st unless arrangements can be changed among Admins.
End of Business Absent Administrators-please add your votes & comments in a post to this so that Craig may append this post & place in Rules Section. Append-Craig: I made a mistake, I intended on Absent Administrators to add comments & votes to Administrative Suggestions Room & then I would append this post & place in Rules Room, sorry.

| Hi Sorry I did not attend the meeting as you know the reason I will state my comments below accordingly: 1) I will be available after Thurday, weekends will be the best time for me. Saturday , I mean, currently is fine. Only perharps sometimes , my family may go out to malls or late dinner(14st=8pm my time). Wednesday night and monday at 14st could be possible sometimes, if I don't have much homeworks which I think after my exams(Thurs) , there won't be much. Sunday is no good, other weekdays are not clear. 2)I will vote for a) just a question : do we send e-mail or servermail or forum mail? But, if possible, the best, will be to make a system which captains can send the lineup and will automated itself, though I don't know how. 3)Guestbook will be a good idea. But, perharps we can prevent abusive or insulting comments(guests could give bad comments sometimes in my opinion) ? 4)I think yellow card. 5) same as 4). My avaiablitity for next meeting is sat 14st is the best. Sunday is completely not possible. Khai | |

| Hi Craig, I checked my calendar and so I have noticed, that there will be a lot of events on week ends the next two month. So I have to take back my statement, that week end (Saturday/Sunday) will be best time for me for meeting. I think it would be better for me, if it could be a week day (except Thuesday - chessclub), beginning about 21:00 st. Sorry, but I will get a lot of work on week ends the next time. Thanks Martina |

| I thought I had asked absent Admins to post in Admin Suggestion Room & not Rules Rm. I then said I would append this info into the Rules Rm. (Just for future reference as Peter is correct-the debate info goes to suggestions, the rules themselves go here-Rules). | |
