1a) Administrator-Alex(Rascian): Discussion about Alex's non-involvement with issues as well as poor captaining of The Sharks-leading to many forfeits Season 1. Decision suggested to change Alex's status from Administrator to developer/designer only. Vote is yes to make Alex a Developer/Designer who may view Administrative Rooms and make suggestions: 4(yes)-0(no). Yes accepted.
1b)Vote is: May Alex vote as Administrator: 1(yes-Adolfo)-3(no-Craig,Javier,Peter). No accepted.
2) Registration process-nicknames/duplicate registrations/profiles with other usernames:
As suggested in prior meetings, the discussion concludes with vote yes=all members shall register with same playchess username if one possessed & that Admins. will delete all other duplicative registrations/profiles:

3a) Start date of CC Tournament Season 2: Javier suggested May 16(Sun.), then May 15(Sat)

3b) Start date of Season 1 CC Cup: May 1 suggested.
Vote is yes=May 1(Sat.): 4(yes)-0(no). May 1(Sat.) approved.
4)Change GTA initial communication to opponent from current Wednesday-18:00st back to Monday-18:00st (the way it was originally established) for Season 2 and beyond.

5)Skin "A" Administrative changes allowed for designers Feurerwolf & Nur:
Discussion suggested Feuerwolf & Nur can adjust icons & logo's and that Javier & Khai may work to archive & consolidate information of site. Votes were 4-0 in favor of these elements.
6)Peter's proposal on IT tournament for Season 2 was discussed and will be voted upon next meeting.
7) Question of future of G&RR as team was discussed & whether it will be a part of Season 1 CC Cup-Craig stated that there is no captain of this team and most players have accepted to move to future teams Mentes Criminales & Burning Castles-further that Craig will captain Burning Castles. Although only five members potentially remain in G&RR for Cup-Craig would like those members to be able to participate in cup.
8)Captain/Team Promotion: Javier suggested hopes of keeping G&RR for Season 2 or additional teams-it was agreed by all to try to promote more captains/teams.
9)Humour: Ysa had added humour section. In discussion all agreed it was great idea-where to place it on site was considered-top, to right of top logo, or bottom. Vote was 3(top right of logo-Peter,Adolfo,Craig)-1(bottom-Javier). Top-right of logo accepted.
10)Promotion of Chat on site: Location of chat on site was discussed. Vote 4(keep on bottom)-0(other). Bottom accepted.
