May 16(Sunday)-14:00st Chat Decision-making Meeting
Administrators Present: Adolfo, Javier, Martina, Don-Nadie, Craig. (Peter added after Item 7).
It was decided, due to several Admins not being present, that no decision will be made until votes are added from all missing Admins. To make it easier for Craig to post final results & actions under "Rules", please post your votes by Item Number in a post to Administrative Suggestions. This Rule section will then be edited/appended by Craig.

1) Are there any corrections/arguments about elo's & corresponding categories concerning Craig's list of Playchess elo's as of May 12, 2010? Craig asked about Pedrico because he initially had no slow rating when he checked elo's. Don-nadie informed that Pedrico has elo=1493 & so is Cat. 2 (as entered in team line-up). No further issues.

2)Forfeited boards of Team Lineup: Craig had submitted proposal which would require a team lacking one board is required to have Board lineup with Forfeit-1 on bottom board (lowest elo) The value of this forfeit is 1 cat. pt. If a team has a 2nd forfeit-it must be the 4th board (next to lowest elo) and be entered as Forfeit-2 and has value of 2 cat. pts. (if 3 forfeits-then forfeit-3 with value of 3 cat. pts etc.)
Thus a team with three of five boards may arrange top three boards with maximum of 27-2-1 cat pts. =24.
Vote-yes=accept Craig's proposal: yes-5-Adolfo,Javier,Martina,Don-Nadie,Craig.
Yes=7-Ysa, Peter added, 1-no vote-Lim. Forfeit plan accepted.

3)Decision concerning CC Cup-Final between David Hume & Upyabiya: (Upyabiya didn't post GTA).
Vote-Yes=Award Forfeit win to David Hume: Yes-5-Adolfo,Javier,Martina,Don-Nadie,Craig.
Yes=7-Ysa, Peter added, 1-no vote-Lim. David Hume awarded forfeit-win.

4)How to assist Khai & The Power of Chess to coninue Season 2: Discussion resulted in decision (pending Peter,Ysa,Khai additions) that Adolfo will ask Khai if he wants/needs assistance with possibility that he adds vice-captain(s) and/or reassigns captain. The hope is that Admins may be able to help with a plan so Khai and the team can continue with reduced problems.
Peter & Ysa agreed to the above, Ysa offers to captain The Power of Chess if Lim(Khai) desires.

5)Chatbox location: Although it had been said that the chatbox location could be placed at top right of 'picture of knights', and that it was voted to do so, it hasn't happened.
Craig inquired if there was problem/ why Feuerwolf & Nur had not done this.
It was voted on again if this can & would be done: Vote-yes=do it: Yes-5-Adolfo,Javier,Martina,Don-Nadie,Craig.
Yes=7-Ysa, Peter added-1-no vote-Lim. Developers Feuerwolf & Nur to place chat to Top.

6)When will elo corresponding category of each player be determined: Craig had made a list of players elo's from the Team lists for Season 2. He had checked elo's of all players on 5-12-2010 (3 days prior to start of Season 2). Craig's proposal is that elo is to be determined from Playchess elo's the week before each Season begins & will be the accepted figures for that season. Vote-Yes=Accept Craig's proposal:
Yes-5-Adolfo,Javier,Martina,Don-Nadie,Craig.
Yes=6-Peter added, 1-no vote-Lim, 1-other suggestion-Ysa (Ysa's suggestion is that elo after initial determination in playchess, become a seperate elo of Ciberzonachess at end of Season 1 and would continue into subsequent seasons. For now, Craig's proposal is accepted-Season 2 elo/cats. determined from Playchess. This issue will be discussed further to consider whether it will be changed.

7)Create Elo/Category Table(Alphabetically) of each Team Member (not all members).
Yes=create this list for each season:
Yes-5-Adolfo,Javier,Martina,Don-Nadie,Craig.
Yes=7-Ysa, Peter added, 1-no vote-Lim. Alphabetical Team Table of Elo's/Categories will & has been created by Peter & will be moved from Admin. Rm to a Public Room so all may view.
Ysa suggested an Alphabetical All-Members Table of Elo's/Categories-this will be considered in next business meeting.

8)Decision concerning prior ruling concerning non-lineup submittal:
Prior ruling was-if captain.vc doesn't submit lineup by required day/time, the prior weeks lineup would be used. Issues then were whether captain/vc recieve penalty and also penalties for lineup members who don't submit GTA.
Ruling change considered now: If captain/vc's don't submit lineup by required day/time, the team forfeits all 5 boards. In addition, the captain recieves a yellow card. No penalty to vc's.
Yes=accept this new proposal (5 forfeit boards & yellow to captain):
Yes-6-Adolfo,Javier,Martina,Don-Nadie,Peter,Craig.
Yes=8-Ysa*, Peter added-1 no vote-Lim. (Ysa accepts Yellow card but further suggests Red card to captain). Proposal accepted with 5 forfeit boards & Yellow card to captain.

9)Period that the 1st Yellow Card is in effect. (We previously have rules regarding Yellow and Red Cards but not how long issuance of 1st Yellow).
Yes=10 week period from date of Yellow Card issuance is the duration of the card. (Example-if a person recieved a yellow card & recieved another yellow card 71 days later, the 1st card will have been voided and the member now has one yellow card (for another 70 days)):
Yes=6-Adolfo,Javier,Martina,DonNadie,Peter,Craig.
Yes=8-Ysa, Peter added. Term of each Yellow Card=10 weeks.

10) When will next Chat Mtg occur:
Because a post (by Ysa) asks (as Craig had done earlier) for available times of each Administrator, it was decided to view the availabilities posted by each Administrator to decide on best day/time for our next chat meeting.

This concludes business of this meeting.
